Beginner / Intermediate Session 

  • Tuesday Night from 18:30 - 19:25

  • Open to all standards of player.

  • The session includes development of basic strokes & techniques, match play & fun games.

Advanced Session

  • Tuesday Night from 19:35 - 21:00

  • Players are moved up to the advanced session at the discretion of the coaching team.

  • The session includes practice of consistency of basic strokes, movement exercises, advanced techniques, service & return of services exercises and match play.

  • Practice sessions will also be tailored to meet the player requirements as they progress.
